Property Management Stuttgart strives to make its website accessible. We adhere to the requirements of the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) and the international Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, Level AA).

Accessibility measures
Our website was created using the Wix.com website builder. We have implemented the following accessibility measures:

• Use clear and structured headings

• Alternative text for images

• Contrasts between text and background according to WCAG guidelines

• Keyboard navigation for central content

• Avoid automatically playing media

• Simple language in key areas

• Using the Wix Accessibility Wizard for technical optimization
  

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, restrictions may occur in some areas, particularly:

• embedded third-party widgets (e.g. Google Maps)

• PDF documents that are not fully accessible

• older content created before the changeover
